Join us Friday, December 8th as we Hit the Ice to Defeat ALS! In light of our rained-out Walk in Kalamazoo, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary pre-game social hour at Bar 242 in the Wings Event Center before the Kalamazoo Wings host the Quad City Mallards. Guests can enjoy some light snacks, turn in any remaining donations from the Walk, get your Walk to Defeat ALS t-shirt (if you individually raised $100 or more), and have an opportunity to celebrate the Walk 2017 season! Scott Matzka, a former U of M and professional hockey player who has been diagnosed with ALS and become a champion for the cause, will be dropping the puck at the start of the game. Discounted tickets ($12 for adults and $9 for children) are available for purchase for those who would like to stay for the game. Please note that there is no charge for the social hour prior to the game. Come on out, and help us continue the fight to defeat ALS!
